Two of the best people I know are getting hitched in 360 days...not like I'm counting or anything.
engagement
Jennifer + Brian
Jennifer and Brian are making a huge move to Seattle this week. So we soaked up as much of the California sunshine as we could during their engagement shoot. Can't wait for their big day!
These Guys.
The guys make one seriously good lookin' couple. Can't wait for their big day!
Leda + Erik
Leda + Erik are one seriously rad couple. I have a feeling that their wedding is going to be out of this world, but for now enjoy a few shots from their Los Angeles Engagement Session.
We're ENGAGED!
I don't know if I'll ever get tired of saying this, but we're ENGAGED! My incredible fiancé Keith popped the question while we were on vacation in Iceland and naturally we took a few photos along the way... I am the luckiest lady in the world... Enjoy the photos and be sure to check out 100 layer cakes feature HERE!
Karmen + John
I travelled all the way back to my old college stomping grounds for this engagement shoot. Corvallis Oregon truly is a beautiful place and I'm so glad that these two love birds brought me out to document their engagement ... don't they just glow??!
Iceland!
Iceland is a magical place. I would fail tremendously at trying to explain everything about it, mostly because I am unable to pronounce a single Icelandic word! But the best (English) words I can muster up to describe it are "Fairy Tale". From paddle boarding through icebergs to hiking lava fields, the whole trip was a dream...Especially the part where my incredible boyfriend asked me to MARRY HIM!!!!
Yep...We're ENGAGED... I still can't believe it!
I have many more photos of my husband to be and I, but that's a post for another day... I will leave you with a little video I put together of our trip...Enjoy!
Jeff + Kim
I cannot wait for Jeff + Kim's Palm Springs wedding next month...Until then, here are a few shots from their engagement session last week...enjoy!
Angela + Vito
In the midst of wedding planning madness, there's nothing like a romantic engagement shoot to remind the bride and groom why they decided to get hitched in the first place! I had such a blast running all over Angela and Vito's neighborhood, we even had a crew to carry the GORGEOUS couch around for us! I cannot wait for their big day in September, it's going to be a Fabulous Vintage Glam affair!
Lindsay + Bubba
I've gotta say it... I love working with athletic couples! Lindsay, Bubba and I hiked all over Point Lobos in Monterey, CA and Lindsay did half of the hike in HEELS. That is what I call dedication! Aside from their modeling skills Lindsay is a professional softball player and Bubba plays baseball professionally as well, these two are going to have some talented kids someday.
These two are so in love, it's really refreshing and makes my job a breeeeeze ... I cannot wait for their wedding, it is going to be absolutely gorgeous AND one hell of a party! Enjoy the photos!
Devon + Bud
You know that you are in for a good shoot when you plan on breaking a few laws along the way. We did a bit of trespassing, lit some fireworks and created a few parking spots of our own, but in the end; we didn't get caught and the results were pretty fabulous! Bud and Devon are such beautiful people and I the best time shooting with them, we ended the night with a full blown dance party! (sparklers included) ... I cannot wait for their wedding but for now, enjoy a few shots from their engagement session!
Becky + Dany
I met Dany and Becky at the Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa last Monday and the location was just perfect for their modern taste. These two have a pretty incredible story, they moved from New Jersey to California after only dating for a few months, they had an idea and just went for it! And here they are two years later, posing for engagement photos, planning their wedding, and starting their own business. These are two people that know how to make things happen and have a blast while doing it. We definitely got some rad candid shots, thanks to Dany who kept BOLTING from a few photos, he surprised me more than a few times. We ended the shoot with the whole family, their pug Harley and their chiweeni (appropriately named: Jersey). I was lucky to meet such a rad couple and wish them the best of luck in the future! Enjoy the photos...
